SSI Platinum Pro 5000 (1995)

Rosemary E. Lunn (Roz), Business Development Director at The Underwater Marketing Company (United Kingdom) has been selected to receive the SSI Platinum Pro 5000 Diver Award.  Roz will accept her recognition award from the Platinum Pro Foundation during the 2013 DEMA Show in Orlando, Florida, USA.  The 20th Anniversary Platinum Pro Awards is scheduled for Thursday, November 7, 2013, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm at the Orange County Convention Center, Room S310 A-C.

Roz is the Business Development Director at The Underwater Marketing Company.  The British firm specializes in providing marketing, social media, PR and event management for the Recreational and Technical Diving Industry.

Rosemary is a PADI IDC Staff Instructor, a BSAC Advanced Instructor and a CCR and Trimix Diver.  Before moving into the PR field she worked as a full time recreational instructor in the UK and abroad; on The History Channel and National Geographic documentaries; as a safety diver and underwater model.  She was the logistics organizer of Rebreather Forum 3 and co-founded EUROTEK along with Carl Spencer and Leigh Bishop.  Roz has co-organized the last three events.  Current events under development include EUROTEK 2014, The Anglesey ScubaFest, and the North American advanced and technical biennial conference, TEKDiveUSA 2014.

Roz takes an active part in the Diving Industry.  She regularly writes for Sport Diver and XRay Magazine.  She sits on the Board of SITA (Scuba Industry Trade Association) and is a Member of the Dive Industry Association.
